Ricardo brings over 20 years of experience in the pipeline and marine terminal industry to Moda Midstream II. Previously, Ricardo held key positions in organizations including Enbridge, Inc., Moda Midstream, Kinder Morgan and Oiltanking. Ricardo has expertise across multiple domains in the midstream sector including engineering, business development, finance and accounting and commercial management.
Prior to Moda Midstream II, Ricardo served as Senior Vice President of Commercial at Moda Midstream, where he led the successful commercialization efforts of the Moda Ingleside Energy Center and the Vopak Moda Houston facility, and also served as Director of Business Development at Enbridge.
Ricardo earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and graduated with an MBA from Rice University.
